The strong and salty taste of Feta Cheese along with the hot chili pepper makes this an amazing appetizer/dip which I like to serve with cold and refreshing vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, even celery. Instead of using a fresh chili pepper (they didn’t have them at the store!), I used Chili Pepper Paste which was amazing. Just a few ingredients, a bowl and a fork is all you need to have an instant dip that you will love!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Greek Feta Cheese (preferably DODONI)
- 3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- 1 minced Chili pepper (less or more depending on your taste)
- 1 tablespoon Greek Virgin Olive Oil
In a medium bowl, crumble the Feta Cheese with a fork, add all ingredients and stir well with a fork. Let cool in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
I sliced some cherry tomatoes lengthwise and filled them with Feta Cheese Dip for added taste!
