How To Style The Space Under A Console Table

Styling a console table can be one of the most enjoyable decorating tasks. This versatile piece of furniture gives plenty of easy and fun styling choices: table lamps, books, statuettes, vases & smaller plants, candles & trays are just few of the decorative objects you can arrange on a console table and on its lower shelves.

However, some console tables do not have a lower shelf (or shelves). This leaves a vast empty space from the floor and up that can be challenging to decorate because you have to take into account dimensions and proportions. Making decorative choices for under a console tabletop requires selecting items that can actually “sit” on the floor and of larger scale.

Here’s a round-up of console tables that do not have lower shelves ~ all of them are not only beautifully decorated on their upper part, but also on their lower part. In some cases, you can even leave it bare!
